Introduction

At Inner Hero Gym, we strive to provide our members with quality fitness services and facilities. We understand that circumstances can change, leading you to modify your membership status. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of your gym membership.

Cancellation Process

1. Notification: To initiate a cancellation, members must submit a notice to Inner hero gym at least 30 days before the intended cancellation date. This notice can be sent via email to jason@innerherogym.com or by text @ (440)228-5924

2. Final Payment: Any outstanding dues must be settled before the cancellation can be processed.

Additional Notes

• During the 30-day notice period, members can continue to enjoy gym access.

• This policy ensures clear communication regarding no-show cancellations, gym membership dues adjustments, and special exceptions, providing a transparent and fair framework for both gym owners and members.
